About Flow Motion Fit

Hi, I’m Laura, owner of Flow Motion Fit. My teaching journey began in K–12 education, but my heart has always belonged in the world of fitness. I’m a yogi, aerialist, and pole dancer, and while I’ve performed, teaching is my true passion.

In 2024, I followed my dream and opened Flow Motion Fit to create a space where students can grow stronger and more confident week by week. I prioritize safety and progressive learning, focusing on building strength and solid foundations so you can stay injury-free and keep training for as long as you want. The goal is to move well, feel confident, and have fun!
